On April 15th, the American Red Cross, Knoxville Chapter, will be holding their annual fundraisor at Sequoyah Hills Park. This year's event will be RAID CROSS which hopes to provoke awareness about International Humanitarian Law. College students will learn about International Humanitarian Laws during times of peace and conflict through hypothetical situations. The event will last from 1pm until 5pm. All are welcome to watch.
